For those new to the idea of marbling in steaks, these white flecks in the meat are what gives it the rich buttery flavour. Ribeyes are juicy and intensely flavoured. Ribeyes are individually selected from premium 35-day aged AAA Alberta beef. Aging gives our beef the added flavour and the AAA grade is the top of the heap in grading.
